What products does Morphmaternity sell?
We have our own brand for maternity wear which is termed has Morph Maternity. We also sell products from leading brands for infants and babies.
What will be the mode of delivery??
We have tied up with some of the best Logistics companies for shipments across India. Depending upon your location and reach, we also employ other domestic but reliable service providers to deliver products.
Can I ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship internationally. International orders will be processed through email by payment through PayPal.
How will I know if you have received my order?
After checking out during the payment process, you will get a confirmation that your payment has been processed successfully. You will also get a mail in your registered email id confirming the order along with all the details such as order number and the list of items ordered.
How will I know if the order is shipped?
As soon as we ship your order, we provide you with a tracking number on the website and communicate the same to you through SMS / e-mail / phone call.
What if an item is out of stock?
We make every effort to keep all products in stock. However, there may be times when unexpected demands exceed our supply. We will notify you at the time of check out if the item selected is not in stock. In the rare circumstance where the order has been accepted and due to some reasons we are not able to ship, we will notify you within 24 hrs and the money will be returned to you in the same mode by which the payment was made (i.e. Credit Card or Cheque) within 10 working days.
What is shipping cost?
Shipping charges will be applicable for invoice value below 500\-. The shipping cost in such cases is a standard of Rs.99 across India. For higher invoice value free shipping will be provided.
What are the payment options available?
On-line Options
1. Credit \ debit cards - We accept all debit and credit cards
2. Internet banking – We accept fund transfer from all nationalized banks
3. Pay Pal – For international customers, through email process.
Off-Line Options
For Off-Line method of Payment, you will need to provide us with your phone number. We will call you only for order confirmation.
1. Cash deposit – Cash deposit can be made at ICICI banks, order will be processed only on the confirmation, Please mail us for the account details
2. Demand Draft - payment through DD can be made, please email us for the account details. Please send us the order number along with the DD.
3. COD - You will have to pay the order amount in Cash to our shipping partners at the time of the actual delivery.
Requirements for COD
What should I do if my payment fails?
In case of successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation from us. In case of payment failure, please retry ensuring:.
1. Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate ie. account details, billing address, password in case of net banking.
