Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Charges

a. Free shipping for the invoice value above Rs.500

b. Shipping charges for invoice values less than Rs.500 is a flat rate of Rs.99 across India

2. Estimated delivery time

a. Local shipments - 48 hours

b. Metros – within 7 days

c. Non Metros – within 12 days

3. Shipment Tracking

Once the order is shipped we will send you the details of courier agent and the tracking number to your registered email id. If in case you do not receive the email, please contact us on customer care or send an email on info@morphmaternity.com

4. Non Availability on Delivery

Our courier agents will attempt 3 times for delivery before the parcel is returned to our Warehouse. Please ensure that you will be available at the address mentioned and also provide us your valid contact numbers which help for prompt delivery

5. Hidden charges ( Taxes and Octroi )

There are no hidden charges, you shall pay the final invoice value.

6. Other shipping policy

a. Each order will be shipped to only to a single destination address. If in case you need the products to be shipped to different address, please place multiple orders

b. We ship on all weekdays Monday to Saturday, excluding public holiday.

c. Delivery from the courier agent may be delayed if there are any public holidays in the process of your order

d. If the parcel seems to be tampered or damaged, do not accept the delivery. Please contact us on our customer care or mail us on info@morphmaternity.com. We will arrange for the replacement at the earliest
