How long must I wait after I have placed my order?
Your package will be shipped within 24 hours after ordering. It should arrive at your door within 2-3 days. It might get delayed for 1-2 days if your location is at ODA (Out Of Delivery Area).
(We take off on Sundays and public holidays, so we don’t ship on those days. Sorry!)
How do I know if my order is shipped?
As soon as your package ships, we will Email & Whatsapp to your registered email id / mobile number with the tracking information.
The products I love are on exclusive preorder. How long must I wait for it?
If you've pre-ordered something, your order will be custom made for you and shipped within 5 days of you placing your order. Delivery time by our logistics partner will remain as mentioned above.
What do I pay for shipping?
Shipping within India is FREE for all orders over Rs. 1500. For orders below that, we charge a flat Rs.99 shipping fee.
I live abroad. Can I still order Morph?
Yes! We offer international shipping, so women all around the world can Morph beautifully!
How much does international shipping cost?
Shipping charges for orders outside India are as per actuals from our logistics partners.
I live abroad. How long before I get my order?
We partner only with reputed courier companies and your order could take anywhere from 5-7 days for delivery.
Do Morph cover taxes and duty for international customers?
Unfortunately not! Our prices don't include these fees (they vary depending on where you are), so import taxes, duties and any other applicable taxes are collected by the local shipping company upon delivery.
